Hospitality Video Production on the Gulf Coast
Films for hotels, resorts, restaurants, destinations and experiences. Planned around your guests, your occupancy and the hours when the property looks its best.
A guest decides before they arrive
People choose a hotel, a table or a tour from a screen, often in a few seconds and usually against several alternatives. Video is the closest they get to standing in the lobby before they book.
That puts pressure on honesty as much as on polish. The film has to show the place a guest will find when they walk in, on a good day, in good light.
Who we film for
- 01
Hotels and resorts
Property films, room and amenity pieces, and seasonal campaign footage for direct booking pages and paid placements.
- 02
Restaurants and bars
Kitchen, service and atmosphere, filmed around real service or a staged setup, depending on what the room allows.
- 03
Experiences and operators
Charters, tours, retreats and wellness programs, where the product is a few hours of someone's day.
- 04
Destinations and tourism organizations
Area films that pull several locations and businesses into one piece, with shorter cuts for each partner or theme.
A property film should look like the stay, not like a different hotel with the same name.
Filming a property that stays open
Most hospitality shoots happen while guests are on site. The plan accounts for that.
- 01
Schedule by light and occupancy
Exteriors and pool areas go early or late in the day. Rooms and interiors are booked around housekeeping and check-in.
- 02
Guests are not extras
We film with cast, staff or guests who have agreed to appear, and frame public areas so other people are not identifiable.
- 03
Small footprint
Equipment and crew are kept to what the scene needs, so the lobby still works as a lobby.
- 04
Aerial where it helps
Aerial cinematography is available for beachfront, grounds and arrival shots, subject to location and conditions.
What one property shoot can produce
Deliverables depend on scope. A typical hospitality production is planned to yield several of these.
- Main property or brand film
- Short cuts for paid social and pre-roll
- Vertical edits for Reels and Stories
- Room, dining and amenity clips
- Website header loops
- Aerial footage of the property
- B-roll library for future campaigns
Related work
Our portfolio includes a hotel and spa property film that combines aerial and interior footage, and two retreat films: one built around an on-camera interview, the other shot on a retreat property in Sebastian, on Florida's Atlantic side.
